Rough ER is located next to the nucleus, smooth ER buds off the rough ER. Use the brown bricks to build a section of rough ER next to the nucleus and the black bricks to construct an area of smooth ER beyond the rough ER.

Rough ER is covered with ribosomes, which are round structures that produce proteins. Use five of the 1x1 gray bricks to build ribosomes on the rough ER.

Next, build the nucleolus, a small organelle located within the nucleus, using cream colored bricks. This is where RNA is produced. There is also a single, round orange brick; this is the centrosome where microtubules are created. Microtubules provide structure and shape to plant cells.
